Human Resource & Admin Supervisor

You will be responsible for Human Resource policy and procedures applied in the company, including, recruitment and selection. probationary/ contractual period evaluation, training & development and personnel administration.

Requirements:
1. Female, with 27 – 32 years old.
2. S1 degree from reputable university in Psychology, Management or Law with minimum 3 years experience in HR & Adm field.
3. Hands-on Human Resource practitioner & General Administration
4. Work with managers to facilitate individual employee's training & development
5. Collaborating with managers to facilitate HR management programs
6. Able to communicate in English & Computer literate
7. Shall be self motivated, honest, highly dedicated, initiative, good health, good interpersonal and communication skills, pleasant personality, and cooperative with the team.
