RESERVATION MANAGER (RM)

Requirements:
* Indonesian citizens, male or female
* University/Academy Graduate or past experience work experience
* Ability to work to adapt to flexible working hours
* Minimum education Diploma Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management
* Strong knowledge on Bali tourism industry
* Strong Customer Service focus

Specific Requirements
* Good communication skill in English, written & spoken
* Strong sales skills – able to convincingly present travel ideas and suggestions to travel customers. Able to customize Bali travel itineraries to meet individual clients needs
* Love Bali and eager to share the island with tourist visitors through innovative travel packages.
* Computer literate (MS Words, MS Excel, MS Power Point & Internet)
* Experience in similar position, hotel sales or tour sales
* Organized and able to respond quickly
* Able to work to a deadline
* Strong character & leadership
* Creative, motivated, outgoing & good in negotiation skill
* Good team player
* Able to work under pressure
